I just got my 2014 E350 Sports! I am enjoying being one of the few on the road! I had a very pleasant buying experience at Fletcher Jones, Fremont. I worked with Marvin Ledesma and he is very friendly and professional. He found the car I was looking for and gave a very nice deal which is far better than what I got from the nearby dealers. He worked his best to give the max value for my trade in and accommodated some of my changing specifications for the new car. We were on our way to buy a Jaguar XJ @ San Francisco and wanted to visit the Ashley store due to 805 liquidation sale. I took the Auto-mall exit by mistake and we casually visited Mercedes dealership as my wife just wanted to check out the 2013 E350 before we buy the XJ. Everything got changed after we met two amazing professionals who introduced to us as Car Salesman, Marvin and Mike Ramish. We went to buy a center table @ Ashely's but ended up buying a E350 due to great deal and professionalism displayed by Marvin and Mike Ramish.. They really did their best and ran an extra-mile to their superior's to get the deal done... Great sales experience. Had pre-approved fiinancing from our credit union and an internet price. Smooth negotiation and reasonable offer on our trade in. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience from initial contact, day of the sale, through financing, and out the door with our new Mercedes.

Marvin was very helpful with the whole buying experience. I have a fairly busy schedule, but he was very willing to accommodate and bent over backwards to address all our concerns. His suggestions for configuring the options list were invaluable. We originally consider not getting the blind spot assist, but he strongly advised getting it given the car has a fairly large blind spot. He made certain that our service issues were dealt with quickly. His pricing was extremely competitive, but I think the most important aspect was his thoroughness. He aimed to get us that car that we wanted as opposed to a car that was on the lot. He was thoroughly versed with the car. I would give a 99th percentile rating to Marvin. I would certainly buy from him again.

MARVIN LEDESMA WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! After a few days of shopping around, I had the best experience just talking and getting to know Marvin. He was the main reason why I didn't want to waste my time with any other dealer's offer. I simply trusted him to help me get the best deal and bring my business to Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz in Fremont. I live in SF, and was willing to drive an hour to give him that chance and he proved that it was worth my time. I've been to the bargaining tables many times for myself and friends/families, but this was the most hassle-free experience. His number one priority was to make me happy and get me the deal and car I want. He also came on his day off to make the deal happened. He definitely went above and beyond to made sure I was taken care of when I went in and not passed me to someone else I didn't know. I cannot say enough about the customer service that I received from Mike Alkaddoumi from the moment I met Mike until the time I drove off the lot in disbelief in my new 2013 Mercedes. Mike offered his assistance to show me the "Beautiful Blue" Mercedes I asked him about that I saw at the Shell Gas station on Automall that I knew was mine. Mike provided me with detail explanation on a couple of models (C&E Class), I drove a couple of cars. I was not planning or prepared to purchase a car at this time so I needed some support. Mike talked with me, laughed with me, took walks with me and was very supportive to me when I began to cry because I wasn't sure what I should do. I told Mike, I need my son to close the deal. Mike and I picked up my son from work. My son helped me make the decision to purchase the car. I must say words can't express the experience I had with Mike A and Mike (my brother in Christ). Well, it was a great experience at Fletcher Jones dealing with Mike Ramish and Sam. Initially i din't knew what car i wanted but they guided me very well which was very helpful in allowing me to choose the car i wanted within my budget. Especially Mike would, make you go nuts with his no.'s i donno what backend magic he does but he will get you the car you wanted with the crazzy no.'s. He answered all our questions completely and was very friendly and extremely well mannered.I felt very happy throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Mike and Sam for World high class car buying experience
